To register for the congress, please complete your online registration using the links above and make sure to submit the registration form. Once your registration and payment have been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to book your workshops?
Workshop registration is possible via de EVC website or via the EVC App.
Please be aware that there is a short processing time required to activate your account after registration. Once all necessary details have been processed, you will promptly receive an invitation to activate your account. Following activation, you will gain access to our website or App, where you can curate your personal training curriculum by selecting and booking.
Payments
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted even as cash payments on-site at the registration desk. Cash payments in general are no longer accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.
Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation on or before January 2 2026: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made. Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
Language
The official language of the congress is English.
Badges
All participants and exhibitors must wear the identification badges. Entrance to meeting halls and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge.
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
Photos and videos
Photos and/or videos can be taken at congresses. These photos/videos can be used on public websites of us or our customers as an illustration or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media of us or our customers. Photos and videos can be processed in the United States (e.g. by Google's YouTube). Our basis for being allowed to process the data is our legitimate interest to be able to share photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to increase our brand awareness and/or the reputation of the conference or the customer. The infringement of your privacy is limited as much as possible by informing you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. If you object to the processing, we will remove the photos/videos online where possible and we will stop using them offline.

Registration includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to the exhibition area
- Coffee breaks and lunches on Sunday, Monday
- Coffee break on Tuesday, no lunch
- APP; Please note that your personal email address will be used to grant individual, personalized access to the EVC app. Without personal email address access is impossible.
- In case of registration for the Vaattoegang Symposium only, this includes only registration on Monday including breaks and lunch and access to the sessions and exhibition on Monday
- In case of registration for the Vasculaire Training Dag only, this includes only registration on Monday including breaks and lunch and access to the sessions and exhibition on Monday
