Our story since the start

In 2027, the European Vascular Course will celebrate its 30th edition. Over three decades, EVC has evolved from a focused postgraduate course for vascular surgeons into a major European platform for vascular education and practical training. Its history mirrors the transformation of vascular medicine itself. It also reflects a changing philosophy of how vascular specialists should be trained.

Throughout those thirty years, one principle has remained constant: vascular education should go beyond transferring knowledge. It should improve how we treat patients.

To mark the anniversary, we'll be looking back at a different piece of that history in each newsletter between now and the 2027 congress.
