BENEFIT FROM UNRESTRICTED EDUCATIONAL GRANTS FOR YOUR EVC 2026 REGISTRATION
You can apply for such an educational grant, which includes registration fee, travel reimbursement and accommodation expenses online!
All applications will be reviewed by the EVC Course Directors.

Geographical conditions
HCP’s from all European Countries can apply for this grant, except for HCPs from France, Sweden and the Netherlands
HCP’s applying from France, Sweden or the Netherlands will automatically be rejected!
Specialization
Health Care Professionals that specialize in Vascular Surgery and/or Interventional Radiology

General
- The grant can be used for the 29th European Vascular Course only.
- Grants are limited available and the module closes as soon as the available spots are filled.
- In case of no-show due to illness, force majeure or other unavoidable circumstance, the grant award would be deemed lost and travel costs will not be reimbursed.
- All paperwork (i.e. visa) remains the responsibility of the applicant.
- Applicants are eligible for one source of funding only. If alternative funds are available on top of the industry-sponsored grant for EVC 2026, applicants must notify the Congress Secretariat immediately.
- Three nights hotel accommodation single room including breakfast in an EVC appointed hotel will be covered. If you wish to book additional nights or a double room, all the extra fees will be at your own charge.
- Hotel accommodation will only be booked after providing the congress secretariat with your flight or train ticket. You will need to arrange your own journey.
- Hotel accommodation will only be covered if your home address is more than 50 km away from the congress venue.
- Travel reimbursement after the congress (airplane economy, train or car: maximum € 500 and based on original receipts, only in one scanned document)
- The educational grant will only cover main form of transport (train, economy plane), no transfer(s).
- Travel costs will only be reimbursed after the EVC and if the applicant attended the congress.
